ABOUT CAT
Pocahontas is a perfect black queen combination of outstanding genetics, classic Maine Coon features, and an incredibly loving temperament. With her powerful expression, large ears, strong structure, and luxurious dark coat, she represents the true beauty and elegance of the Maine Coon breed.
She has already proven herself to be an exceptional mother. Her babies are always well-fed, clean, healthy, and deeply loved from the very beginning. Watching her with her kittens is truly something special — she is calm, attentive, and naturally maternal in every way.
Beyond her beauty and genetics, her personality is what makes everyone fall in love with her. She is extremely gentle, affectionate, and emotionally connected to people. One of her sweetest little habits is softly nibbling on ears as a way of showing affection and love. It is her unique way of cuddling and bonding with the people she trusts.
She is truly a very special girl in our program and a wonderful example of the intelligence, temperament, and quality we strive for in our Maine Coons.

Pocahontas has received CLEAR (NEGATIVE) genetic test results for the following most common health conditions known in the breed:
Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM)
Polycystic Kidney Disease (PKD)
Pyruvate Kinase (PK) Deficiency
Spinal Muscular Atrophies (SMA)
Cystinuria
Factor XII Deficiency (Variant 1 and Variant 2)
MDR1 Medication Sensitivity
These results indicate that no known disease-associated genetic variants were detected. As a result, this cat will not pass these tested genetic diseases on to its kittens.
